If you are not fully satisfied simply contact us within 30 days of signing up and we will refund your purchase price. Full payment will be refunded to you and any future recurring payments will be stopped. No refunds will be granted after 30 days from the initial purchase date of each product, service or subscription/membership. Please note that by purchasing any product, service or subscription/membership on our website, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
Chargebacks
Membership holders and anyone else who has purchased a product or service from us should contact us first regarding requests for refunds or to inquire about unrecognized charges before issuing a chargeback request with their bank. We reserve our right to dispute chargebacks if the charge is not fraudulent and no communication from the License holder is evident.
Cancellations
Any member (paid or free) of MBehnken.com can cancel a membership or subscription service with us at any time. Simply use our contact form and request a cancellation of your membership/subscription.
If you’re a paying member/subscriber, any future recurring payments scheduled will be cancelled and no further payments will occur on your credit card.
Subscription/membership data (job applications, posted jobs, etc.) will be deleted upon cancellation, however, your login will usually remain active on MBehnken.com, but will grant limited access (public) to the site.
